Our process : Step 1: Double cleanse with our moisturizing shampoo & Steam Treatment providing the ideal foundation for a beautiful healthy outcome. Step 2: We use a deep condition process customized to your hair needs and type. Step 3: We then apply a smoothing heat protectant and select the best dry process for your hair type and needs (hood dryer/blow dryer combination Step 4: We apply a light serum and flat iron your hair. This service also includes trimming of your ends to ensure a beautiful and healthy outcome for your hair.

Cancellation Policy

📌 Appointment & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. To help us provide the best experience for every client, please review our policy: ⏰ Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. 🚫 No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the missed service. 🕒 Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients arriving 30 minutes late or more will forfeit their appointment and be charged the 50% no-show fee. 👥 Guests & Children: To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment.
