APPOINTMENTS MAY BE CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED WITHOUT PENALTY IF DONE SO WITHIN 24 HOURS.

FAILURE TO ARRIVE AT THE APPOINTMENT AT THE SCHEDULED TIME WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION AND THE DEPOSIT FORFEITED.

Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 10 business days for custom wig orders. Wigs that are “on hand” will ship the next business day. If you are not satisfied with your wig, you may return it within 5 business days from the date you received your wig for a store credit or exchange. Wig must not be worn or altered in any way to be exchanged and the lace must not be cut.
Wigs will require a signature upon delivery.

Please allow 3-5 business days for all other products such as lashes and accessories. A Tracking number will be sent via email once shipped.

All sales are Final. No refunds.
Please keep in mind:
Wigs that are colored may slightly differ from pictures on the website. Bleached or lightened wigs may slightly shed as this process may slightly compromise the integrity of the hair.
Custom-colored wigs may not be exchanged or receive a store credit.
