Your treatment begins with a deeply cleansing shampoo tailored to your hair and scalp needs — whether it’s dryness, buildup, irritation, or thinning. Our formulas cleanse without stripping and prepare your scalp to receive moisture and healing. 💨 Scalp Steam Treatment Next, we infuse your crown with healing steam. This opens your follicles, boosts blood circulation, unclogs pores, and allows deeper penetration of products. Steam therapy also helps relieve dryness, flakiness, and irritation — perfect for scalp restoration and hair growth stimulation. 🌿 Deep Conditioning Treatment We follow with a moisture-rich or protein-based deep conditioner (based on your hair needs). This softens, strengthens, hydrates, and protects your strands from root to tip — leaving your hair silky, manageable, and refreshed. 💇🏽‍♀️ Finish: Blow Dry + Style We complete your treatment with a smooth blow-dry and your choice of simple styling or straightening for a polished, ready-to-slay finish.

Cancellation Policy

📌 Appointment & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. To help us provide the best experience for every client, please review the following policies: ⏰ Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the missed service. After two no-shows, you will be permanently blocked from booking future appointments. 🕒 Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients arriving 30 minutes late or more will forfeit their appointment and be charged the 50% no-show fee. 👥 Guests & Children To maintain a peaceful and professional environment: Absolutely no guests or children are allowed. Arriving with others may result in appointment cancellation and forfeited deposit. For special accommodations, please call 800-736-1248. 💳 Deposits & Payments Deposits are required to reserve your appointment and are non-refundable.
