To help us provide the best experience for every client, please review our policy: ⏰ Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. 🚫 No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the missed service. 🕒 Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.
