Service Description

This one-on-one hair and scalp consultation is designed to assess the health of your hair and scalp before booking a service or starting a treatment plan. We will review your hair history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, and hair goals. A professional scalp evaluation will be performed to identify dryness, breakage, thinning, shedding, buildup, or other concerns. You will receive customized recommendations for services, treatment options, and at-home care best suited for your hair. ✨ Consultation fee may be applied toward a same-day service or treatment when booked at the time of consultation.

Cancellation Policy

📌 Appointment & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. To help us provide the best experience for every client, please review the following policies: ⏰ Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the missed service. After two no-shows, you will be permanently blocked from booking future appointments. 🕒 Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients arriving 30 minutes late or more will forfeit their appointment and be charged the 50% no-show fee. 👥 Guests & Children To maintain a peaceful and professional environment: Absolutely no guests or children are allowed. Arriving with others may result in appointment cancellation and forfeited deposit. For special accommodations, please call 800-736-1248. 💳 Deposits & Payments Deposits are required to reserve your appointment and are non-refundable.
